Despite the mixed reviews from critics, Tiger Shroff’s debut film Heropanti has been lapped up big time by the audience. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sabbir Khan, the action-packed love story has worked well across the spectrum and is particularly strong in mass centers.

This Hindi remake of a Telugu film called Parugu, opened very well on Friday and maintained strong collections through the weekend.

The hit music and Tiger’s breathtaking action sequences have been the film’s biggest USP. The film made an impressive Rs 6.63 Crores on Friday and Rs 6.42 Crore on Saturday. Heropanti saw close to 30% growth on Sunday and collected a huge Rs 8.28 Crore.

In three days, Heropanti managed a total of Rs 21.33 Crores, making it the highest number for a film starring fresh faces.

On Monday the film held well and made approximately Rs 4 Crore. As per trade reports the film has collected a similar number on Tuesday and is now on course for a first week figure of Rs 35 Crore. In mass belts the film has a clear two-week-run till Akshay Kumar arrives with his much-awaited Holiday.

The film has had a less than 40 percent drop on weekdays and is set to be the fourth hit of the year after Queen, Ragini MMS 2 and 2 States.
