Fans all over the world were excited to see the comedy movie, “Happy New Year,” which collected well over 100 crores during its opening weekend. Now, audiences in other countries can enjoy the film as well in their own languages and in the comfort of their own home.
“Happy New Year” broke records at the box office on its opening weekend in India, collecting Rs. 108.86 crores, with 104.10 crores in Hindi, Rs. 2.92 crores in Telugu and Rs. 1.84 crores in Tamil.
The Farah Khan directed film has become the highest opening weekend ranker in Bollywood so far.

The film released on Oct. 24 and premiered in Dubai on Oct. 22 where Khan, Padukone, Vivann Shah, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and the director made an appearance.
SRK previously stated that he hopes he can spread joy amongst the audiences who watch the film.
“Didn’t get to see HNY but saw the smiling faces of all who saw it. I pray to Allah that it delivers happiness to the viewers,” tweeted Khan.
SRK stated that the idea is to produce films “which are difficult to produce.”
